Dr. C.L. Tyagi, M.Com., LL.B., Ph.D., retired as Associate Professor from Rajdhani College, New Delhi. He taught in foreign universities. He was Professor Emeritus at Hindu Institute of Management, Sonipat (Haryana) and Director SRM Institute of Management, Modinagar (UP). He is co-author of the book, Insurance—Law and Practice. Dr. (Mrs.) Madhu Tyagi, M.Com., Ph.D., is a Professor at School of Management Studies, Indira Gandhi National Open University. She is co-author of the book, Insurance—Law and Practice.
