American architect Roger Vogler served as onsite design advisor for IIT Kanpurs campus (1968-71), and as Director of Planning & Construction for the University of Connecticut and University System of New Hampshire. His experience of the Kailasa, which he considers among the worlds greatest works of architecture, spans 55 years.
