Gurpreet Randhawa is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Management, Guru Nanak Dev University, Regional Campus, Gurdaspur. She is B.Tech, MBA, PGDCA and PhD in Management. She has contributed a large number of articles and research papers to the journals of repute. She has attended a number of national level conferences and seminars and has presented papers on various aspects of management. In addition, she has authored three books including a textbook on Human Resource Management.
