About the Author

Dr. Shravan Kumar is Assistant Professor at Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology and Management, Ghaziabad. With expertise in Literature, Verbal and Non-verbal Teaching Skills, Linguistics, Phonetics and Personality Development he has been working as Faculty Facilitator in Career Management for the last 12 years.His one international and four national published books are Technical Writing and Oral Communication, Poetry for BA Part I, Fundamentals of Effective Communication and English Language Teaching: A Modern Approach. His 8 research papers have been published in international journals and 10 pesearch papers in national journals. He is Managing Editor and Publisher of an online quarterly journal, The ELT Practitioner and member of Editorial Board of The JELT. Dr. Kumar has actively participated and presented papers in more than 50 national and international seminars and conferences. He has also chaired many paper-reading sessions and delivered lectures as Plenary Speaker and as Resource Person of workshops in national and international seminars and conferences. He is National Joint Secretary of English Language Teachers Association of India (ELTAI).Dr. Harleen Kaur is Assistant Professor in the Dept. of English at Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology, Ghaziabad. She has 14 years experience as Editor, Facilitator, Mentor, Consultant and Teacher. She is Convener and President of English Language Teachers Association of India, NCR-Greater Noida Chapter.Dr. Neeta Awasthy is an alumna of Harcourt Butler Technological University (Erstwhile HBTI) Kanpur. She has M. Tech from Uttarakhand Technical University and Ph.D. from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. She has 12 years of consulting and 16 years of academic experience.
