Floyd Woodrow MBE DCM is a leadership specialist, author and entrepreneur. He is the chairman and CEO of Super North Star, advising CEOs from around the world in fields such as business, sports and education on leadership and elite performance. His success in business has come after a distinguished military career, including 23 years in the SAS. For his services he was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal and an MBE. Floyd also heads a charitable foundation called Compass for Life, which delivers educational programmes in schools and colleges across the UK.
